Shipping policy & Processing

At Amour Co., each order is prepared with care and intention 🤍 Many of our pieces are offered through a preorder system to ensure we bring you the most thoughtfully selected styles.

Orders are placed with our supplier twice monthly on the 6th and 20th of each month. Once your order is submitted, please allow approximately 10–14 business days for inventory to arrive to us.

After your items arrive, orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 2–4 business days. Local customers also have the option to arrange pickup once their order is ready.

Estimated delivery time: Please allow 2–4 weeks from the date your order is placed.

Orders placed after a cutoff date will be included in the next scheduled order.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Amour Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition with tags attached.
